Important — Custom/Print-on-Demand Products
Relatable Clothing is operated by Celestial Works Pvt Ltd. We sell custom-printed apparel and accessories, many of which are made to order. Each item is printed and produced specifically for you after your order is placed. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage).
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags
- Colour variations due to differences in screen displays
- Personal preference regarding design or style after the 14-day window
2. When We Will Issue a Refund or Replacement
We stand behind the quality of our products. You are entitled to a full refund or free replacement if:
Defective Product
The item has a manufacturing defect such as misprinted design, ink smudging, fabric tears, or stitching issues that occurred during production.
Wrong Item Shipped
You received a different product, size, or colour than what you ordered.
Damaged in Transit
The item arrived visibly damaged due to shipping/handling (e.g., torn packaging, stains, water damage).
Order Not Delivered
Your order was confirmed but never delivered, and tracking shows it is lost.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return, refund, or replacement, follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing jithvan28@gmail.com
- Include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or wrong item
- We will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with a resolution.
4. Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:
- Online payments (PayHere / PayPal) — Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — Refund will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details.
Refund processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and may take additional time to appear on your statement.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before production begins. Once production has started (status: "In Production"), cancellation is no longer possible as the item is already being custom-made. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at jithvan28@gmail.com with your order number.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or wrong item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost once your claim is verified. If you wish to order a different size or design, you will need to place a new order.
7. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may raise a dispute through your payment provider (PayHere or PayPal) or your card issuer. We will cooperate fully with any investigation. You may contact PayHere Support or PayPal Support directly.
