1. Shipping Coverage

Relatable Clothing currently ships within Sri Lanka only. We deliver island-wide to all 25 districts. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Zones & Rates

Free Delivery on Online Payments

All orders paid online via PayHere or PayPal enjoy free island-wide delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping Rates

Colombo District

FREE DELIVERY

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

All Other Districts (Outstation)

LKR 350

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

A COD service fee of LKR 350 also applies to all Cash on Delivery orders. Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order enters production.

3. Order Processing

Because our products are made to order, please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Total time from order to delivery is typically:

  • Colombo: 5–9 business days total
  • Outstation: 7–12 business days total

You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched, along with any available tracking information.

4. Delivery Partners

We use trusted local courier services for all deliveries. The specific courier may vary based on your location and order type. Tracking information (where available) will be shared via email or WhatsApp if you opt in during checkout.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., no one is available to receive the package), our courier will typically make a second attempt. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Sri Lanka. COD orders may be subject to a small service fee, which is displayed at checkout. Please have the exact payment amount ready when the courier arrives. COD availability and limits may vary based on your location and order value.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you can track its status through your order history page. If you opted in for WhatsApp notifications at checkout, you will also receive live updates on your order status.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days at jithvan28@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. See our Refund Policy for full details.
