1. About Us

Relatable Clothing ("we", "us", "our") is a print-on-demand apparel and accessories brand operated by Celestial Works Pvt Ltd, registered in Sri Lanka at 52/13 Rubberwatte Road, Nedimala, Dehiwala. We design, produce, and sell custom apparel, accessories, and related products through our website at relatableclothing.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on our Site. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Print-on-Demand

All products are manufactured on demand after your order is placed. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, slight variations in colour, print placement, or fabric texture may occur. Product images on the Site are digital mockups and may differ slightly from the final product. These minor differences are not considered defects.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayHere — Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers, mobile wallets (eZ Cash, mCash, Genie, Frimi), LANKAQR
• PayPal — International payments (cards, PayPal balance, bank transfers)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — Available for eligible orders within Sri Lanka

All online payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your card details on our servers. PayHere (Digital Mobility Solutions Pvt Ltd) handles local payments and is PCI-DSS compliant. PayPal (PayPal Holdings, Inc.) handles international payments. All transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Sri Lanka. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and typically range from 5–10 business days depending on your location and order complexity.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error.

We will provide a full replacement or refund if:

• The item received is defective (e.g., print errors, fabric damage)
• The wrong item or size was shipped to you
• The item was damaged during shipping
• Your order was confirmed but never delivered

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including designs, graphics, logos, text, images, and software — is owned by Relatable Clothing or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

9. User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relatable Clothing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
